I started in insurance operations, where a missed follow-up has real consequences — and that's where I learned to never let a task sit. That standard now shapes how I work across every kind of remote support role.

Over the past 5+ years, I've supported insurance agencies, sales teams, and business coaches remotely — often juggling more than one client at a time as an independent contractor. My work spans policy servicing, carrier coordination, CRM accuracy, sales and performance reporting, community management, and content production.

I'm most useful in roles where things have gotten behind schedule. I build a priority list, work it in order, and bring operations back to current without dropping anything new that comes in along the way.

I'm also currently developing my skills in AI-assisted workflows and automation — learning how to use tools like ChatGPT to move faster without sacrificing accuracy.
